Shipping Instructions:
- The shipping price is calculated on the checkout page once the address is filled out or selected for logged-in users (if the address is saved in the address book).
- All orders will have a delivery charge of PKR 300. For international orders, shipping Charges depend on the delivery location and package weight.
- All items on our website are shipped both locally and internationally.
- It normally takes us 8-10 working days to deliver international orders.
- Typically, there are no additional charges. However, on certain occasions, where the local customs office withholds international orders, additional duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.
- We ship all over Pakistan through our courier partners TCS, and internationally through DHL or CityMail. Express delivery and packages typically arrive in 3-5 working days, while economy deliveries typically arrive in 8-10 working days.
